About the Pocket PC Edition

The Pocket PC Edition of the 2002 Zurich Australian Rowing Championships web site is especially optimized (cut-down) to be easily accessed using Pocket PC's.

It has been tested using my Compaq iPaq, but I will hopefully get a few Palm users to provide me some feedback and technical information.

If you have a Pocket PC, you should be able to use Active Sync 3.1 and Avant Go to store a full copy of the Pocket Edition on your 'PC'.

This will obviously be of benefit as you will have the Programme, Event Lists, Boat Rules, Progression System and various other documents at your finger tips. Results will also be synchronised when available.

In AvantGo - I have currently set the link depth to 5, allocated 500k, and no to following off site links. No images are used. I think if you synchronise once a day this should be heaps during this development stage.
